2. Appointment requests

A request sent from this website, WhatsApp or the app is a request, not a confirmed booking, until our team or system confirms it. Times may change in emergencies or when the clinic is very busy; urgent cases are seen first. If you can’t come, please let us know so the slot can go to someone else.

3. Not for emergencies

Do not use website forms or WhatsApp for life-threatening emergencies. Call 999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

4. Fees and panels

Fees depend on the consultation, tests and medication you need. Panel and insurance coverage depends on your plan and is confirmed at the counter.

5. Content

Text, photos, logos and videos belong to Klinik NurCahaya or are used with permission. Panel and insurer logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify panels we accept. Please don’t copy or reuse content without permission.

6. Reviews

Reviews shown are taken from our public Google Business Profile and reflect individual experiences; results vary from person to person.
